These are short enrichment ideas, not a daily exercise quota. Age bands are browsing guides; health, comfort and experience matter more. For puppies, keep active turns brief and allow plenty of rest.
Use rewards your dog can safely eat, taken from their usual allowance. Supervise play, choose secure spaces and stop if your dog seems worried, tired or uncomfortable. For pain, health restrictions or persistent behaviour concerns, ask your vet or a qualified reward-based trainer.
Original Toller Dog routines, informed by the training resources linked in each activity. They are not individually assessed plans or endorsed by those organisations.
