A few ground rules

Your digital purchase
New Owner Kit costs $29 USD, Toller Planner costs $39 USD, and a Custom Portrait costs $19 USD. Each is a one-time purchase, with no subscription or physical shipping. The total you will pay appears in Stripe before you confirm. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion charges.
The kit and planner each contain ten printable pages in A4 and US Letter PDF editions. A PDF reader is required. Download a free sample before buying to check the format. Preview names and cover mockups do not personalize the delivered PDFs.
Delivery and access
After a successful payment, the order page unlocks your PDF downloads or portrait creation form. Keep this private link; anyone with it may access the order. A Stripe email receipt is separate from the download link. If the link is lost or payment succeeds without access, contact support from your checkout email with your receipt number.
AI portraits
A portrait purchase includes one AI-generated PNG image from one dog photo, in your selected art style and background color. It is digital artwork, not a hand-painted commission or a physical print. A current browser and an internet connection are required; upload JPG, PNG, or WebP files up to 4 MB.
Generation begins when you submit the photo on your paid order page and normally takes a few minutes. AI can interpret markings and details imperfectly; a particular likeness or printing resolution is not guaranteed. If generation fails or the result has a problem, contact us with the order link so we can resolve it. Do not pay again.
Cancellations, faults, and refunds
Contact support to cancel an order or request a refund. Tell us the checkout email, receipt number, product, and purchase date. If applicable law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal, you can exercise it by sending a clear cancellation statement within that period. Immediate delivery does not waive your statutory rights under these terms.
If a file is missing, damaged, or materially different from its description, contact us for a remedy. Nothing here excludes rights to correction, replacement, price reduction, or refund that apply under consumer law. We do not use a blanket “no refunds” policy for digital goods.

Personal use and photographs
You may download, keep, and print your products for your personal household. Do not resell or redistribute the PDFs or present our materials as your own. You may share your own portrait for personal use.
Only upload a photo you own or have permission to use. Choose a photo of your dog without people, identifying documents, or sensitive details. You permit us and our processing providers to use it to fulfill your portrait order. We do not publish customer photos or portraits as promotional material without separate permission.

Our content, planners, and checklists are organizational resources, not veterinary or professional training advice. Follow guidance from your own qualified professionals. Promotional dog artwork on this site is AI-generated; it is not a customer testimonial.
