Free tools and previews

Names, sitter notes, and photos entered in our free previews stay in your browser. The sitter tool creates its download locally. Preview photos are cleared when you reload or leave the page. Buying a portrait is a separate step.

Orders and payments

Stripe processes payment details, your checkout email, billing information, and transaction records. We use order identifiers, product details, payment status, and optional dog names to provide purchases and support. We do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.

Portrait processing

When you submit a photo on a paid order, our server resizes it and removes image metadata before sending it through Vercel AI Gateway to a Google Gemini image model. These providers process the image and instructions to generate your portrait. Do not include people, documents, or private information in the image.

Our application does not persistently save the source photo. Generated artwork and a generation status record are stored privately in Vercel Blob. Your private order link grants access after payment verification. Provider processing and retention follow their service terms; we do not promise zero retention across all providers.

We keep the generated file available with your order until you request its deletion or the service is discontinued. Email support from your checkout address to request deletion; download your copy first. We retain the minimal generation record to prevent duplicate processing. Transaction records may need to remain for accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Hosting and support

Vercel hosts the site and may process technical logs including IP address, browser information, and requested URLs for operation and security. Support email is forwarded through ImprovMX to our support inbox hosted by Google. Support messages are used to answer questions and resolve requests.

Purposes and your choices

We process order and portrait information to fulfill your purchase, technical information to operate and protect the service, and records needed to meet legal obligations. Our providers may process information outside your country, including the United States, under their applicable transfer safeguards.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data. Contact support; we may need to verify ownership before acting. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including Spain’s AEPD.

Cookies and analytics

We have not added advertising trackers or third-party audience analytics. Stripe’s hosted checkout may use cookies and security technologies under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information or add buyers to a marketing list automatically.
